SEAN CONNERY WILL APPEAR IN SPANISH COURT THIS MONTH

I have always liked Sean Connery, well, not always really, I started liking him after he stopped making all his James Bond's movies, then I started to see him in a different way, as an actor and as a man (yes, why not to admit it? I think he has been getting old very, very well, as the good wines!). Afterwards every time I knew that Sean Connery was starring some new movie that was for me a warranty of good cinema and that I wouldn't be disappointed at all if I had the chance to go to watch it.

Though in the last years I didn’t know much about him (seems he was quietly retired to his home in Scotland), lately I have heard of him for his (possible) involvement in a money laundering plot held in Marbella (Malaga) when Jesus Gil was mayor between 1991 and 2002 on a topic related to the sale of the villa which the Scottish actor owned for over twenty years in Puerto Banus (the most famous and chic place in Marbella). Later this month he is called to testify before the court to account for how such a sale was made in 1999.

Let’s hope that everything is sorted out happily for this great actor and that finally he is not involved in the plot!
